Your Rental Day Checklist & Reminders

Here’s a quick checklist to help your delivery and setup go smoothly.

✔️ Pick up dog poop 💩 (required for a clean & sanitary setup)

✔️ Clear access path (from street to setup area — please have cars moved ahead of time)

✔️ Clear setup area (toys, furniture, debris removed)

✔️ Gates unlocked and accessible 🚪

✔️ Pets secured before delivery 🐕

✔️ Please avoid mowing grass on event day (fresh clippings can stain our equipment)

✔️ Measure space to ensure your rental fits 📏

✔️ Power outlet within 50 ft (1 outlet per inflatable) ⚡

✔️ Water access and hose ready (wet rentals only) 💦

✔️ Sprinklers turned OFF 🚫💦

🚨 We cannot wait on arrival — we run tight delivery schedules. Please have all items above completed before we arrive.

⚠️ Remaining balance due at delivery (card on file or cash; drivers do not carry change — please have exact amount; checks accepted for schools & churches only)

📌 Staking required for most units — notify us in advance if staking isn’t allowed.

📍 Park events require valid permits — delivery up to 1 hour before event start

👀 Adult supervision required at all times; equipment cannot be left unattended

🌙 Overnight Rental Policy (Residential)

For overnight residential rentals, inflatables must be turned off overnight and turned back on and fully inflated before pickup.
The unit must remain plugged in and ready when our team arrives so it can be spot-checked and cleaned.

For front-yard rentals, blowers, signage, and loose accessories must be brought inside overnight.

Additional fees may apply if our team is unable to spot-check or clean the unit at pickup.

🐕Pets & Inflatable Damage Policy

Pets must be kept away from the inflatable at all times.
The customer is responsible for any damage caused by pets, including punctures, tears, or chewing.

Pet-related damage is considered negligence and is not covered under our Accidental Damage Waiver.

Repair costs typically range from $200–$1,000, and severe damage may require full replacement costing $1,500–$5,000.

Overnight rentals are not recommended if pets cannot be kept away from the unit.
