If you cancel prior to delivery, you will not be charged a cancellation fee, if the weather is determined to be bad. However, once the unit has been delivered, NO REFUND will be made. If you suspect bad weather, we ask that you cancel prior to delivery, or have an alternate indoor space available. In the case of high winds upon delivery, a representative will determine if it is safe to setup the unit. If this occurs, you will be released from any financial responsibility.
We don’t charge by the hour — all rentals are a flat one-day rate.

Each rental requires two separate trips — one for setup and one for pickup. Delivery fees help cover drive time, labor, fuel, and vehicle costs, especially for events farther from our warehouse. Fees increase gradually based on distance to keep pricing fair for nearby customers while allowing us to provide reliable, on-time service.
We keep our deposit low to make booking easy and stress-free. The deposit secures your date, equipment, and delivery team, while allowing you to pay the remaining balance closer to your event.
Yes — Bouncy Works is licensed and insured for park rentals.
Park rentals are limited during our peak season (March–October) due to high demand and park-specific requirements. Please call or text us before booking so we can confirm availability and make sure your park location can be accommodated.
Important notes for park rentals:
Park permits and approvals are the customer’s responsibility
Additional fees may apply depending on the park
A generator rental is required (most parks do not provide power)
Setup locations and access must be approved in advance
Some units can be rented wet, while others must remain dry.
Important water-use policy:
Not all units are approved for water use — units that are dry-only must stay dry
If a DRY ONLY unit is rented, but is used with water, your card will be automatically charged the wet fee of $45.
Water use must follow our setup and safety guidelines
If you’re unsure whether your rental can be used wet, contact us before booking and we’ll be happy to confirm.
Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.
Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.
All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority.
Rain Policy
Light sprinkles or brief passing showers usually aren’t a problem, and we’re often happy to proceed with your rental.
However, if steady rain is expected for most of your rental period, we will cancel the rental for everyone’s benefit. Heavy rain allows water to collect inside the inflatable, making it extremely heavy, difficult to clean, and sometimes requiring several days to fully dry. More importantly, it’s simply not an enjoyable experience for your guests.
If the forecast is questionable, don’t hesitate to contact us. We’re happy to discuss the weather and make the best decision together.
Wind Policy
Safety always comes first.
Bouncy Works will not set up or continue operating inflatables when sustained winds exceed 20 MPH or wind gusts exceed 15 MPH.
Inflatables can become dangerous in high winds, even when properly anchored. Across the country, there have been serious injuries and fatalities caused by inflatables lifting from the ground during wind events. We take these risks seriously and will never compromise on safety.
If weather conditions become unsafe before or during your rental, our team may cancel or end the rental at any time. We appreciate your understanding, as these decisions are made solely with the safety of your family and our staff in mind.
Please note* Once our team sets up there is NO REFUNDS of any kind.
